Procedures for Requesting Fire Reports |

Steps to requesting a fire or inspection report:
1. A written request needs to be submitted to Chatham-Kent Fire Department Attention: Prevention Division. Either by mail, fax or in person at any of our Municipal Service Centres.

2. The written request needs to include:
contact name and address property owner name and address to whom the inspection report should be sent to*
*The report will be sent to the property owner. If the owner wishes another party to receive the report, a release of property information (can be downloaded from the right of this page) must be completed and sent in with the inspection request.
3. The appropriate fee for the report must be included with the request in order to be processed. A fee schedule is provided at the right of this page for your convenience. If you have any question to ensure the proper fee for the report you require please call Fire Administration at 519-436-3270. Please do not mail cash. |
