Ask A Dietitian

This EatRight Ontario contact centre is the first province-wide public service connecting Ontarians directly to Registered Dietitians.  Consumers and health intermediaries now have the option to contact a Registered Dietitian with their nutrition and healthy eating questions.

Do you have questions on nutrition?  Registered Dietitians are now only a phone call away.

Connect to Registered Dietitians at EatRight Ontario to get answers to healthy eating questions such as:

    - Feeding my baby
    - Tips for eating on the run
    - How to feed picky eaters
    - How to lower the risks of certain diseases
    - Supplements and sports
    - Nutrient content of foods
    - Menu planning and food safety
    - And more...

EatRight Ontario provides health professionals and residents of Ontario with free information on nutrition and healthy eating from a source you can trust.  Service is available in English, French and many other languages.

Call and speak to a Registered Dietitian at 1-877-510-5102, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday or visit www.ontario.ca\EatRight 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This new service is brought to you by Dietitians of Canada, working with the Ontario Ministry of Health Promotion.

This service provides general nutrition information only.  EatRight Ontario Dietitians cannot provide individual in depth counselling or medical advice.
