Supermarket Nutrition Tours
The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit will be offering Supermarket Nutrition Tours at the Real Canadian Superstore in Chatham. The tour provides tips for shopping, healthy eating, label reading, with facts on cholesterol, fibre and fat. These tours are offered by a Registered Dietitian.
