The Municipality of Chatham-Kent recently approved volume discount pricing for large acreage purchases in the Bloomfield Business Park. The Bloomfield Business Park is a 120 acre municipally-owned prestige industrial park with 401 visibility. Woodlot acreage has also been discounted to $3,600/acre.
