Stay and Play Activities

Come to the library to enjoy a "make and take craft". Each week will feature something different. Drop in. 

Essential Oils Workshop
Date: Tuesday, July 11
Time: 4:00 pm


What are these essential oils that you keep hearing about? How do they work? How can they benefit you and your family? Are they safe for children and pets?

Join us for a fun, informative, and interactive class with Stephanie Pouget as she provides answers to all these questions and more. Come learn how essential oils can play a vital role in relieving symptoms associated with common ailments, as well restore, maintain and support good health. Natural, yet approved by Health Canada - ditch the chemicals!

Registration is required. Please call Tilbury Branch at 519.682.0100 or go online to search.ckpl.ca and use keyword "essential" to register. Please inquire when registering about making a spray to take home with you after the workshop.

Author Talk with Terry Hall

Come listen to author Terry Hall talk about his new book, 'Canadian Estate Planning Made Easy'. Terry is a certified financial planner, financial advisor and lawyer in Windsor, and he will be happy to answer any questions you have about estate planning. Copies of his book will be for sale for that day ($19 cash).

Walk the pathway to self-discovery, take the opportunity to know a little bit more about yourself, and learn to love yourself more. Drop in.
How Perceptions Shape Your World and How to Change Them

We will discuss how your perceptions create your reality. Learn how changing your perceptions can change what you experience. You will also learn an easy process that you can use to shift your perceptions.

Settlement Services
Date: First Thursday of every month - July 6, August date cancelled
Time: 1:30 to 4:30 pm

Adult Book Club (First Tuesday of the Month)

Group / School Visits

Class visits or group visits are always welcome at Tilbury Branch. Come for a visit, browse the books, find out about our free databases or participate in a program designed just for you. We are also available to come out to your location. Contact our staff to arrange a visit. Call 519.682.0100. Visits are arranged around the needs of the class and teacher.  

Home Service to Hudson Manor

Twice a month, a volunteer delivers large or regular print books to rooms at the Hudson Manor retirement residence. if you are interested in receiving a book delivery, please call the Tilbury Branch or Hudson Manor for more information.
