The Literary Classics Online Book Club
Chatham-Kent Public Library invites you to join a free online book club created by Recorded Books. It is called The Literary Classics Online Book Club.
The Literary Classics Online Book Club is specially tailored for people who enjoy reading and talking about classic literature. This year, there will be five classic books to read and discuss.
Each book will be featured for two months. Throughout each book’s first month, participants can read the book and CKPL will post fun and interesting facts about that literary classic on the library’s social media outlets. In the second month, CKPL will post discussion questions for participants to read and comment on.
You may read the print, electronic or audio version of the classic book one month; then join in the online discussion the next month, as questions are asked and answered through the library’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
