Get Tested Now:  Faster and Easier than Ever Before!

This test is only for chlamydia and gonorrhoea.

This test does not detect anal or oral infection. This does not test for all STIs.

Step 1

Ihave read and understood the information about online testing. Print the Lab Requisition Form here and proceed to Step 2.

Step 2

On the printed form, fill out Section 2 'Patient Information' with sex, date of birth, name, address, and telephone number.

Step 3

Find a local clinic near you.  If you are a high school student and choose not to attend a clinic, you may bring your form to your school public health nurse.

Step 4

Go to the clinic with your completed form. Do not pee for at least one hour before you go.

Step 5

When you go to the clinic they will have you pee in a bottle.

That's It!

Results can take up to 1 week.

If your test is negative, you will not be contacted.

If your test is positive, a public health nurse will contact you for free treatment.

If you would like to confirm your negative result with a public health nurse, you may call 519.355.1071 ext. 5901 one week after your testing date.
