Did you know if you quit smoking
any time in your life your health will improve? 

Even if you have been smoking for years, once you quit your:

  • circulation will improve
  • lung function will increase up to 30%

If you have had a heart attack and quit smoking, your chance of having a second heart attack will decrease by 50%.  Health Canada

It’s never too late to quit!

Second hand smoke can be just as harmful as smoking.  Even your pets can be at risk.  In one study veterinarians found dogs living in households where there are smokers had a greater risk of developing lung cancer than those that lived in a smoke-free home.
