Kent Agriculture Hall of Fame Overview
Council authorized the erection of an honour gallery in the lobby of the Kent County Municipal Building at 435 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, which would include the names of all individuals inducted into the Kent County Agricultural Hall of Fame.
Relocating the Honour Gallery
With the restructuring of the County of Kent in 1998, which then became known as the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, this honour gallery was relocated to the Chatham-Kent Civic Centre, located at 315 King Street West, Chatham.
In addition to maintaining the honour gallery, an official album, including photographs and information of historical interest pertaining to each inductee selected over the years, was also established. This album includes photographs and relevant information, of the 124 persons who have been inducted into the Kent Agricultural Hall of Fame as of October 2005.
