Chatham Cultural Centre

 

The Cultural CentreArts and Heritage play an important role in our lives by providing us the opportunity to expand our horizons. Our imaginations get a mental workout, and feelings and memories begin to flow. The Cultural Centre offers a sense of culture, a sense of identity.

Nowhere else in Ontario
will you find such a unique combination of arts, heritage, and entertainment. The Cultural Centre offers you the Kiwanis TheatreThames Art Gallery, Chatham-Kent Museum, Milner House  and ARTspace.  Although located in Ridgetown, the Ridge House Museum is also associated with the Cultural Centre.

The Cultural Centre also offers an on-line Teacher's Resource Guide
to fantastic programs that complement and enhance school programming.  Workshops are very popular with students of all ages!

Hours of Operation

The Thames Art Gallery is open from 1pm to 5 pm, 7 days a week.

The Chatham-Kent Museum is open from 1pm to 5 pm, 7 days a week.

The Milner Heritage House is open from 1pm to 5pm, 7 days a week beginning Victoria Day weekend, and ending Labour Day weekend.

The Kiwanis Theatre is open to the public during scheduled performances only.

The CKtickets, Cultural Centre Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

ARTspace is open Tuesday to Saturday from 12 noon to 5 pm.

Ridge House Museum - Open daily 1-5 pm March to September. Open December 1 to December 23.

Directions

From Sarnia/Wallaceburg

Take Hwy 40 South to downtown Chatham.
Turn left at King Street.

Follow King to William Street.

Turn left at William Street and travel two blocks
North.
The Cultural Centre is located across from Tecumseh Park on the right hand side.

From Windsor/Detroit

Take Hwy 401 East to Chatham.
Exit at Bloomfield Road and travel
North to Park Avenue.
Turn right onto Park Avenue and travel to Queen Street.

Turn left onto Queen Street and get into the right hand lane.

Take the right fork in the road just before the railway tracks. This is William Street.

Follow William Street through three sets of lights.

The Cultural Centre is located across from Tecumseh Park on the right hand side.

From London

Take Hwy 401 West to Chatham.
Exit at Hwy 40 and travel
North to Park Avenue.
Turn left on Park Avenue and travel to Queen Street.

Turn right on Queen Street and stay in the right hand lane.

Take the right fork in the road just before the railway tracks. This is William Street.

Follow William Street through three sets of lights.

The Cultural Centre is located across from Tecumseh Park on the right hand side.
